We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Savena. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@savena.in with photos of the item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at orders@savena.in with your order number and reason for return.
